Battle Layers Studio – Terms of Service

By accessing or placing an order with Battle Layers Studio, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all site visitors, customers, and users of the site. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our website or services.

1. Products & Services  
Battle Layers Studio provides made-to-order 3D-printed terrain, accessories, STL-to-print services, and digital gift cards. Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Return Policy.

2. Digital STL Submissions  
Customers submitting STL or other 3D model files must ensure they have legal rights to reproduce the file. By uploading or submitting a file, you affirm that:
- You own or are licensed to use the content
- Your submission does not violate any copyright, trademark, or licensing agreement

Battle Layers Studio assumes no responsibility for verifying IP ownership of customer-submitted files and reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear to violate intellectual property laws.

3. Order Fulfillment  
All orders are produced in the order received. Estimated production and shipping timelines may vary based on order volume and printer availability. While we strive to fulfill orders promptly, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates for custom prints.

4. User Conduct  
You agree not to misuse the site or services, including:
- Attempting to breach or test security vulnerabilities
- Submitting malicious code or disruptive files
- Using the site to violate laws or third-party rights

We reserve the right to terminate access or cancel orders from users violating these terms.

5. Limitation of Liability  
All products are offered as-is. Battle Layers Studio is not liable for damages arising from:
- Improper use of our products
- Delays in production or shipping
- User-submitted STL file failures

In no case shall Battle Layers Studio’s liability exceed the amount paid for the specific item or service.

6. Pricing & Payment  
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of purchase via the available Shopify payment methods. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud or pricing errors.

7. Privacy  
Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except where necessary to complete your order (e.g., shipping partners).

8. Changes to Terms  
Battle Layers Studio may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
