Battle Layers Studio – Shipping Policy
Effective Date: 1 June 2025
At Battle Layers Studio, every item is made to order with care and precision. Our shipping policy outlines estimated processing times, delivery methods, and what to expect once you place an order.
Processing Times
- All 3D-printed items are produced in the order they are received.
- Average processing time is 5–10 business days, depending on item complexity and order volume.
- Larger or custom STL projects may require additional time. We will notify you if your order requires extended lead time.
Shipping Methods & Rates
- Shipping is available within the United States.
(International shipping is not available at this time.)
- All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, with tracking included.
- Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package size.
Shipping Notifications
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
- A second email will include tracking details once your item ships.
- If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the package, please contact your local post office. Battle Layers Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
Damaged Packages
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We’ll assess the situation and issue a replacement or store credit as appropriate.
Order Changes & Address Issues
If you need to change your shipping address after checkout, please email us immediately. We cannot update addresses once an order has shipped. Any reshipping costs due to incorrect addresses are the responsibility of the buyer.
