Battle Layers Studio Return & Refund Policy

Battle Layers Studio specializes in made-to-order 3D prints, terrain kits, and custom STL-based products. Due to the nature of our production process, all orders are considered final sale once placed.

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a description of the issue. Verified cases of damage or misprint will be eligible for replacement or store credit. Buyers are responsible for shipping the item back to Battle Layers Studio; we will cover return shipping for any approved replacement.

Gift cards and digital STL files are final sale and non-refundable.

All custom or customer-submitted STL prints are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Please review your files carefully before submitting, as prints will be made exactly as provided.

We handle returns of hardware (such as bases, magnets, or accessories) on a case-by-case basis. If the item was fulfilled correctly but ordered in error, Battle Layers Studio may approve a return at our discretion. In these cases, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact your local postal carrier. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on lost packages that show as delivered.

Should you need to cancel an order, Battle Layers Studio reserves the right to charge a restocking fee based on order size and payment method.

 

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to receive my order?
Most 3D-printed orders are processed within 5–10 business days. Larger orders or custom STL prints may take longer. We’ll notify you if there’s a delay.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each product is made to order, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll issue a replacement or store credit.

Can I submit my own STL files to be printed?
Yes! You can upload your STL files for print-on-demand service. You must own or be licensed to use the file. We do not print content that violates copyright or licensing agreements. Please see our POD Policy.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship anywhere within the United States. All packages are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx with tracking included.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
If tracking shows the package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your local postal carrier. Battle Layers Studio is not responsible for packages marked as delivered.

Can I cancel or change my order?
If production has not yet begun, we may be able to cancel your order. Contact us as soon as possible. A restocking fee may apply depending on the payment method and order type.
